    A qualified marketer with extensive blue-chip experience helping to build brands and increase market share. Running her own business for over 15 years, she has a proven ability to help SME’s achieve business growth through effective marketing. Downtime for Kirsty is about family, a healthy lifestyle, cars and a travelling list she’s enjoying slowly ticking-off as she visits new places!
  • Kathryn Bistacchi

    Director

    Kathryn spent her career working in Business Development before setting up her own Business Development Consultancy in 2011. You will often hear her talk about “the all-important follow up”. She very much believes in the full sales and marketing process from the creation of a campaign through to delivery ensuring you get your return on investment. When she isn’t working, you will find her enjoying spending time with her boys, walking and stopping at Altrincham Market for a glass of wine!

    A skilled Account Director with extensive experience in client management and delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns to clients. Not only does Becci have extensive B2B marketing experience, she has also played her hand at events management. When she’s not in the office, Becci enjoys spending time with her family, socialising and going to concerts and festivals.

    Jamie started her career as a Designer in London, working for a prestigious publishing company. She has a flair for B2B design, and understands the fine line between creativity and professionalism. Out of work Jamie spends her spare time competing for local sports teams, walking or running with her furry side kick Ned, as well as spending time with her family and friends.

    Zoe is an experienced B2B Marketing professional with a demonstrated history working across many sectors, from Prop-tech to financial services. She is CIM-qualified with over 15 years of solid B2B knowledge. Her experience includes in-house and interim marketing management roles with responsibility for delivering effective marketing & PR activities and reporting to board level. In her free time, Zoe, likes to spend time with her boys or by the coast/lake on her paddle board!

    Senior Graphic Designer

    Lauren graduated with a degree in Graphic Design and has gained experience in a variety of roles for both in-house design teams and agencies. Striving to learn new skills that can develop her craft further, Lauren has a passion for typography and enjoys all aspects of design. When she’s not in front of a Mac, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and exploring as much of the world as her holiday & bank allowance will allow.

He loves to bring a blend of creativity and strategy in all his writing. In his free time, Daniel is always on the lookout for new heights to conquer, mountaineering across the Lake District and generally enjoying the outdoors.

    Amy started her career in Fashion and after working in various roles in that industry decided on a change in direction. She has been working in marketing for over 3 years, focusing on creating content for B2B in particular the construction industry. A self-confessed animal lover… You will find her cuddling/stroking or smiling at any animal if one happens to be passing by. Donkeys are her personal favourite. Plus if there is any chance to travel, Amy loves weekend trips to Europe or tropical island getaways.
