One YouTube channel with over 3k followers that had grown organically but hadn’t been aligned to the brand or website. The channel consisted of over 300 videos, separated into playlists.
Working closely with the MD and their internal team, we came up with 5 key subject areas, that each of the videos would full under. From here we created a brand profile for each of the 5 areas, aligned to the company branding.
We then oversaw an exercise to categorise all of the videos and have them sit within their right subject area, enhancing the user journey. This makes it a lot easier to find the video series that was of interest to the user and find past videos that were lost down the list as new video content is added.
