A web refresh that communicates multiple divisions and drives growth

Sapphire had been struggling to connect and communicate the distinct divisions in their growing business, which included an accounting service for SMEs, a contract accounting service for self-employed, freelancers, construction professionals, temporary workers and recruiters.

The web refresh followed an extensive branding project to modernise the brand logo and create clear sub brands for each division with the flexibility to add more brands into the mix as the business expanded.

The website therefore had to assure each person that:

  • They had reached the correct site and could quickly find the service they were (initially) most interested in.
  • Help users quickly navigate to the information they needed
  • Convey the full capabilities of the firm to drive referrals and cross selling opportunities.

The website has a distinct landing page that enable you to see both sides of the business so the user can quickly and simply select the side of the business they wish to view. Each sub brand also has its own own subdomain URL, homepage, content but shares News, Team and Contact pages. This approach enabled Sapphire to convey their full offering, supporting referral and cross selling opportunities whilst promoting each key service area distinctly and maximisng the user journey.
