From Footfall to Follow-Ups: Exhibition Design That Delivers
The Challenge
Ribble Packaging returned to two of the UK’s leading logistics events, IntraLogisteX and IMHX, with a bold ambition: to showcase the capabilities of their Panotec machine through live demonstrations, while driving brand visibility and lead generation.
Definition was tasked with designing two exhibition stands that not only accommodated the machine but also amplified Ribble’s messaging and created standout experiences in busy event environments.
Our Approach
At IntraLogisteX 2025, the stand design centred around visibility and engagement. With the Panotec machine as the focal point, we crafted a layout that:
- Highlighted the machine’s functionality from multiple angles
- Integrated Ribble’s branding seamlessly into the structure
- Encouraged attendee interaction through open access and clear messaging
The result? A high-energy presence that dominated the exhibition floor. Ribble reported:
“The stand was always busy—we were by far the busiest in our section.”
By the end of the event, the team had secured:
- 90 qualified leads
- 18 meetings booked
For IMHX 2025, the brief shifted. With no walls permitted, we needed a solution that maintained brand impact without obstructing the 360° view of the Panotec machine.
We introduced a tall branded structure in one corner, visible from all directions and designed to:
- Reinforce Ribble’s offering
- Maintain openness for live demos
- Create a visual anchor without compromising flow
The Outcome
Across both events, our designs helped Ribble:
- Maximise visibility in high-traffic zones
- Drive meaningful engagement with attendees
- Showcase innovation through live demonstrations
These projects demonstrate how strategic stand design can elevate brand presence, support sales goals, and turn exhibition spaces into lead-generating environments.
