Project Overview

Our client Plastech®, a renowned supplier of below ground and above ground ducting and drainage solutions, has been working with us for over a year and wanted to change their website to bring it in line with their new brand. The existing site no longer reflected their business or their commitment to delivering exceptional service to a diverse range of clients. Our aim was to align this new website with Plastech®‘s refreshed brand identity, showcasing the hundreds of products they supply and providing the end user with the information they require to be able to choose Plastech® as their chosen supplier.

  • Industry Research: We conducted thorough research into competitors, similar companies and also best practice for websites that showcases lots of products but is not an e-commerce site.
  • Creative Inspiration: We based the campaign on bold brand design and messaging, applying key learnings from previous campaigns. By focusing on social media and email marketing, we built excitement and drove engagement.
  • User-Centric Design: Understanding that mobile accessibility is crucial, we designed the website with the user in mind. The site allows users to quickly find the products they need and explore the range of sizes available.
  • Compelling Calls to Action: We included strategic calls to action throughout the site, encouraging users to contact the nearest depot, in line with Plastech®‘s relationship selling approach.
  • Content Development: We drafted comprehensive web content in Plastech®‘s tone of voice, ensuring consistency and engagement. This included a “Meet the Team” page, allowing clients to connect with the professionals they interact with.
  • Photography and Visuals: We assisted in the photoshoot of the team to capture the right images, enhancing the personal connection between Plastech® and their clients.

Results

The new website redesign is a true reflection of Plastech®, showcasing their heritage, team, industry knowledge, and product offerings. It is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and integrates the branding changes implemented over the past year. The client is thrilled with the outcome and excited to direct people to the site, which is already driving new enquiries. It’s helped us to further improve the effectiveness of social content and email marketing as we can connect users to new informative website landing pages and convert this traffic into more enquiries for quotes/orders.
